Me and my friend were getting something to drink, and so I was thinking, something's about to happen. So I pick her phone up and she spills her drink all over where her phone was...I LOVE PSYCHIC ABLILITY!

Lol. These are the most common types of precognition. They occur 3 to 5 seconds before the event. Giving you just enough time to dodge or prevent yourself from being injured or what have you.
