| I really need help connecting with objects correctly because I'm connected with the psi wheel and it only took one day, but I'm having trouble trying to get a straw or pen to spin

| Keep connecting w/ the psi-wheel for at least more than a day or two. Eventually, u'll get to other objects like a pen in no time. Practice (& patience) makes perfect. |

Hey Mark, and there again the question, how do you connect with the area around any object? How does that look or feel like? So you don't focus on the object, but instead on the surrounding area around the object? |

| Combine the feeling of energy with your personal visualization. Try to know what it's like to be the object in your mind. Then don't command to move it. Just move it gently as if it was your extra arm or ask it to move. Forcing it is gonna drain you out soon enough. |
