| I'm still training this one too, succeeded few times. I heard that when you do the pull it's easier to use fingers rather than palm chakra. |

| I would also like to know what people use for the pull... Because it seems I can't really pull things. Whenever I push a piece of paper, or tin foil I somehow use my fingers spread, and every time I do this the pieces of paper just slide over the table. When I try it with my palm I don't get this huge movements! I wonder how I can train the pull then, when my fingers are actually pushing it.  |

I found out way to do it, but it might not work. Try to imagine the energy around you hand is inside or 1cm away from your palm and hand. You might feel tinkling or electric in your hand.When you blast, try to imagine pulling it not pushing it. |
