| I'm a massive Football (soccer fan) and I cannot wait for the World Cup to start. Will you guys be following your respective countries? or some other country?
Is the world cup as big an event outside of the UK? Do people get excited about it? The English media goes mental every time! |

| Usually here in Finland we watch and talk about ice hockey. But of course here is some hardcore football fans and old school hooligans. |

| It is now ilegal here for schools not to let kids watch the worldcup in the school time. Stupid stuff |

| My team is Holland and Portugal. Not much of a fan of Holland though. But weird thing is I got Brazil and South-Korea for the winner since last year. I'm not comfortable with that but I'm always sticking with my first thought even if I don't want to. |

| It'll be Brazil or Spain who win imo. The biggest problem for us Europeans is the heat. But if anyone can do it, it'll be Spain. |

| I never really watch soccer. My country's all obsessed w/ football (really, FOOTball) & hockey & baseball. I'm not in2 all of that, I'll find a sport channel of that or something. |

| USA!! USA!! USA!! David Villa is going to the USA next season to play for New York City, a new club which will enter the league in 2015.
The USA team is decent. Should have a strong world cup. |

| Lol thank you. No i am not that exited, i like it but not that much. And i think it is a stupid waste o money for the goberment to spend money on giving each school a Directv to watch the worldcup, but it isnt stupid to most of the other kids... |

| Almost everyone had Spain for the win lol. I'm Portugal but I'm okay with any team who wins. I supported Holland more today though since it is my mother land. |

| Spain lost their opening game at the last world cup, 1-0 to Chile, and went on to win the tournament. This however is different. They were humiliated. |
