I've been watching videos about Telekenesis (TK), and am willing to learn how to develop TK. I've only been watching videos and trying things myself for a couple of days, however I can't quite figure out how to open my 3rd eye. I haven't been able to move any objects yet, and the ones I did were just the air from my movement pushing the piece of paper. Is it necissary to open your 3rd eye to perform TK well?

Aditionally to that, I did score a great score of 16/25 in the Zenner test, the first 10 or so I had completely correct, however after that I couldn't focus anymore.

In regards to your question, have you watched Mark's video about the psychic energy? It might help if you go along with that.

I think it is necessary. It is like flexing your psychic muscles to perform things well.

That is quite a potential! I'm horrible when it comes to Zenner test - need to practice more!

It looks like to me your third eye is wakening up. I think you need to do (more) meditation. Do it 10 mins twice a day in the morning and just before you go to bed. Also do a meditation before you try TK - I do this and it is personally a big help.

Hi,

I just tried opening my third eye, and I'm not sure if I succeeded. Everything was relaxed, and I felt a kind of pressure on my forehead, I did this for 20 minutes, however the pressure didn't rise to a level that seemed like my head was about to explode, like in the explanation. What I have noticed is that I feel more relaxed now. Do you think I should try again for a few days?

(Edit: Is there anything that I must do before I can perform TK? Like meditating, or doing the third eye thing again?)

This is coming from my experience:

Meditate. It helps to clear your mind and be in a relaxed state.

Place your hands on the side of the psi-wheel.
Visualise it turning around and around. Don't force it otherwise you're going to have headaches.

You're gonna have headaches later anyway, but forcing it increases it.

Just watch it move around and around. Imagine yourself pushing it. Feel it turn. Just don't force it - instead, feel.

Once you feel you're comfortable, you can try without using hands.
Once you feel you're comfortable doing without hands - now try doing at a distance! (Couple of feets away, heh)

Once your third eye is beginning to awaken, it stays open as long as you want, unless you want to close it which I'm sure you don't want to.

Okay,

So basically I tried opening my third eye again, but now something strange heppened.
I was relaxed and I was thinking about my forehead, and then nothing happened for a while.
Then suddenly I felt this kind of electricshock in my finger tips...

I don't know what happened but anyway I failed again. I think I'm making progress though.

Maybe you are pushing too hard and perhaps were expecting to get something?

You have to give it time and then it should/will happen.
