hi all i found us a new mantra, atleast for the religious anyway so the name of the god of christianity is " i am that, i am" i chanted that for a minuet while meditating and i got the results of wind and no worry or stress
by saying this your aknowledging you are the air you are the fire just as god assured moses on the mount that he was all the church banned this for a reason and claimed it was blasphemy

interesting one since i am too busy didnt do much effort as u do lets disscuss more and more

hm, it seemed to work really well for me! lol

From the Ancients

“Aum” – an oldie but a goodie, you really can’t mess this one up too badly. The “Om” is the sacred sound of Hinduism and is said to mean, variously: It Is, Will Be or To Become.
“Om Mani Padme Hum” – this one’s from Tibet and it means, roughly, “Hail the Jewel in the Lotus.” The jewel in this case is the Buddha of Compassion.
“Namo AmitaBha” – Homage to the Buddha of boundless light.
“I am that I am” – This is one of the Hebrew Torah’s most famous lines, and it was God’s answer to Moses when Moses asked for his name.

i think the ancients had it figured out lol, i really like the i am that, i am because it makes your mind think you are the object your focusing on.
