I've been noticing that every time I close my eyes & press my hands against them. I kept seeing these weird bright lights moving around: Different colors & different patterns. & when I open my eyes, they're still there but disappear in a few seconds. What does it mean?

I tried it, got the same thing. Why, do you feel suspicious about it?

i get this too but not sure why but i did stop this long ago for reasons

oh no, dont do it will affect your eye. im doing that since im a kid it went bad, now I have weak sight IT doesn't mean anything strange

if anything its good. means your doing everything right. i would explain more into depth of what it is but I'm having a hard time of putting it into words for you

It's just mental images popping up. Something usual. Especially if your third eye's open or if you're someone with a big imagination. Don't be suspicious about it. It's natural.

i saw blue color rays on the floor after meditation it. it appears only very few seconds............

nothing bad or good，as long as u focus on ur breathing with empty mind that would call a right way of meditation. there are few ways to do mediation, take care(concentrate) on breathing in one of them. some people concentrate on 3rd eye chakra or belly chakra (solar plexus) or crown chakra. depends on ur will. but i suggest you just relax and nothing to think and do, just sit there be empty.

It means (In reality/Literally) that telepathic alien clones are trying to doing a number of thing's to us psychially and at the end trying to kill us...Don't be affraid though because you would have already died if it could happen. All you have to do is try to block it out and remember that you have psychicism/telepathy and you are channelling the wrong beings, your in the wrong place, your feeling the wrong frequencies...ect. Just try to relax and block it out! 1 more thing on this, these kinds of thing's were confirmed by nasa...They have a special machine supposedly, that can see into thoughts... and they took the case of a man who was insane and had no control over his self as it seemed and seen that there was little grey alien clones inside his thoughts and they are specifically made for that purpose as well.

I should've posted this earlier: Let's say u went home, exhausted from work-- or school-- & u check up your phone for missed messages or voicemails. The light from the phone bugged your eyes b/c of how bright it is. Same goes for the sun, a flashlight, etc. For a couple of seconds, the lights still get in u. Though, they go away: It doesn't hurt or anything.

Our eyes have to adapt to brightness in order for us to see clear in 3rd Dimension.
If it is dark, the pupils are wider to receive more light information. If it is bright, the pupils
contract in order to receive a decent amount of light.
So if it is dark and a really bright light flashes you, your eyes let like 100 times more light energy/information into it.
This can blind your physical eyes temporary or in extreme cases
for ever.

PS.: Hint: Turn the brightness of your mobile phone and other devices more dark.
             Looking at bright things will exhaust you and your eyes faster.

With my eyes closed, I have sometimes seen flashes of golden-white light above the head. Opened the eyes .. no lightning flashes. Closed them again. Still occasional flashes of light from above the head. I think I know what this is but I don't know why the light flashed like that. Several years ago, used to focus on the crown 24/7 for a month or so and after opening up, my crown used to radiate golden-white light constantly (not sure if other people could see that but I did notice them staring at the top of my head for some reason).

With my eyes open, I occasionally see blue, bluish white, golden or golden-white points of light moving around. What I find strange about them is that I usually only see them from peripheral vision. When I look directly at them, I can't see them. When I look back again, they're still floating in the direction they were going before I looked at them. This sort of hints that they're moving around in space, not inside my eyeballs. Usually these things are rather bright but their light doesn't seem to diffuse nor reflect from other objects. These things looked somewhat like orbs.

Once I saw a constellation of faint (more like 2x less bright than usual) points of golden light. Couldn't make out the shape but it looked as if it were crawling on the table, headed towards my laptop. Observed it for several minutes as it moved closer.

A while ago I used to see blue light in places. This one overlayed the objects or lit them to some extent. It looked sort of transparent, too. The blue light only appeared on items that I had been in close contact with (laptop bag, backpack, clothes).

For a few times I have also seen small shadowy blobs hanging around.

Quite often when I focus on something, I see waves. They look almost exactly like the shadow of hot air rising .. the only difference is that I see them in space, curling around the edges of objects and taking various shapes when I think about something.

For a few times I have also seen a matrix-like pattern of golden lights overlayed on objects around me. When this happens, everything looks rather bright (strong white ambient) .. even though it might be in darkness.

While in a half-sleep state with my eyes closed, once I saw a bright white orb fly past my view (was just seeing the wallpaper - sometimes I see through closed eyelids). It flew very fast, compared to what I've previously seen. Turned towards the flight direction of the orb. A person / entity appeared. I described the experience in this blog post:

Anyway, might it be that these orbs are non-physical life-forms?
I have noticed that they sometimes appear at a distance from a point of intense focus. So, a while ago I had the theory that perhaps orbs are bubbles caused by sloshing & splashing around in space-time (which seems to bend around concentrated energy).
