This is one of my ways to practice telepathy with my friends, sometimes we use FaceTime, but i assumed do it in person more effective. you better do it in a quiet and good environment no others distraction. better do it after a meditation.you can even do it when u got a little drunk( I'm not saying u need to drink something) That lovely blood mixed girl in the video named :Rich,LOL @ her name, u can assume that how martieral she is from her english name. but I called her rachel in video.

You should try telepathic hypnosis. It's really confusing and effective. There's also a psychological method for it. But this is cool
