i have been doing healing for a while,it works perfectly. the technique i started with was: i imagined a lot of energy coming from everywhere to me,i took this energy and then moved it to the part of my body i wanted to heal. then placed my hand over this specific part and i felt and visualized how it healed. 
but,the day i healed faster , i used another technique. i had a stomache-ache so i said "i will heal you bitch".then i imagined my energy moving like a wave inside my body from the lower part of the stomach to the lower part of my neck. and i imagined it healing me,using this technique i stoped the stomache-ache in seconds.  
and finally,the technique i use now, is the same from the beginning but without doing the "takin energy from everywhere"part. just fell and visualize.

i never tried healing others but i think it would. except for the part in which you feel how it heals because you cant feel what another person feels. or maybe you can but that would take longer

I do it too i have healed stomach ache headache and many things but you know it seems that i can't heal eyes if i could summon healing fairies i think they would do it but i am weak for now so my energy isn't enough for it....If someone is interested in healing fairies contact me i will explain everything that i know...

Hmmm... I used to do that way myself. And yes, it does work and work very well.

I now do a slightly different way as I had felt driven to it. I put my "spirit hands" inside a persons body and feel for negative energy inside, removing it and replacing it with healing energy. Also at the same time I feel the innards with my "hands". Anything that doesn't "Feel" good, gets a shot of healing energy placed on it. So far, I've gotten good feedback on this. So it appears I've 'evolved' a little.

Ive only had successes in self healing, not so much on other people though.

Hello my friend, a while ago I had a very strong pain was a month in the ribs, then did as you said there at first joined my energy in one place and then put my hand over the spot that was to pain, and luckily he was healed in 2 days. : D

Just had a bad luck. I was ready to go on fencing but then suddenly my soleus muscle began to hurt badly. I can't go fencing today sadly because I couldn't walk good on my right leg because it hurts badly. It stopped now but my brother fear that the pain will return. So I'm going to try some healing exercises on myself.

Healing was my first introduction to energy. I did it for a long time with a meditation group near me. We did both self healing and healing of others.

Have any of you healed in your dream state before? Mark had a video where he talked about learning tk through your dreams. So I wonder if it will be easier to learn how to heal in dreams or in the real/3d... Also when trying to heal others can you hurt them by accident? I want to heal my dog but I rather try something on myself and master it before attempting it on anyone else.

I don't have any experience on healing another person in a dream or astral but I think both gives the same result you want.Hurting another person during healing is rare if you you know the techniques well.It makes no difference when learning healing techniques in astral or you are not sleeping,just my 2 cents
