ever try putting a psi wheel on a slight incline? it kinda helps build the push and pull technique.

yea i know what you mean mate i did it before when i used to be weak or new but now i am passed that

you should try making bigger psi wheels like full sheets of paper because it not only helps your strength but it also is harder to control because of the more heavyweight on the edges making it lean over instead of sticking out straight
