| Hey I'm just starting to get into learning about psychic abilities, mediation, etc. I was wondering if anyone knows any good meditations to start off with? |

How about to read some book first(or do some research on internet) learn something about chakras about aura, about spiritual world first, then search the meditation method on the youtube you would get to use to any of those meditation very fast. this is the best and effective way to help people who yarn to explore spiritual world just like you  Good luck <3 |
