I started doing sun gazing 5 days ago but today I felt like I could see the energy around me even more clearly. Its not just pixels, its like strings connecteing everything and everyone. I wish I could explain this more clearly but it felt great.

I agree it sounds awesome, I still hate that one though lol. It hurts sometimes, and bad. I prefer using the sun as an energy source and gaze in the blue sky or in the moon.

I do it early morning. Just at the time of sunrise....doesnt hurt.

I opened more about this. Though I enjoy star gazing more. Everyone has their preference. Hope this kinda sums it up to those who wants to start doing this. Doing it at least 15 minutes will be effective. Then slowly work up to an hour.

Sun gazing is an ancient practice and use of it should only be when the UV index is 0 or 1.

@IndigoTeen98, sun gazing should only be done 10 seconds and each time you should go up 10 seconds. Did you start with 15 minutes and is it ok for the sun to be that bright as it shows in the video? Thanks for the video.

You could start on however long you want if it feels comfortable. What is important is not to strain your eyes. Just gently gaze. Some people do it anytime of the day but it's more recommendable during sun rise or sunset for people getting started. I'm glad it helped.
