This would be a fun thing to make with your energy in my opinion. My theory for this:

Master the art of making psi-balls until you can do it with one hand. Make a psi-ball with each hand. Form the ball around your hand and visualize the color blue. Form the balls into a mental hand and if claws, make the hands sharp and a little big.

A second way is to just make a normal psi-ball(with two hands) and then split it in half and hold each half in one hand. Then do the same method to make the claws. It should look like the claws from Alex Mercer from Prototype lol but made from energy.

i am sure this technique should work.even though i cannot even do a normal psi-ball, i understand energy is almost limitless,but what does have a limit is you amount of time to practice it. so yes,it would be fun, even more if visible.
