how come every time i become better (more powerful stronger) i feel like i cant do anything like i have to restart again but hen all the sudden my strength comes back every other day

I also feel this every now and then. It is just because on the days you become stronger, you are most likely practicing a lot more and using more of your energy. On the days that you restart you are just recharging that energy.
Try doing these excercises to help charge your energy when you're feeling drained.
