Nice, Suicide Silence is on the mayhem fest line up this year with Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, Cannibal Corpse, and others. I'm hoping to go see them when they come to albuquerque.

I would have to say I like Alice in Chains and King Diamond the most.

I'm in2 Rob Zombie, Megadeth, Alice In Chains, Disturbed, only 1 song from Cannibal Corpse, 1 from Shinedown, 2 from the new Black Sabbath CD, 2 songs from Rammstein, 1 song from Godsmack, & there's 2 many 2 list. Technically, I'm more of the Lithium type of music.

@Teresa Kinsley I like listening to pretty much all types of metal. My favorite bands are Children of Bodom, Arch Enemy, Suicide Silence, Avenged Sevenfold, Abigail Williams, and Motionless in White. Like you said the list could just go on and on.

I don't listen much metal nowadays. But I like some old school heavy, thrash and death metal, like celtic frost, venom, motörhead, slayer, megadeth, death, deicide, judas priest. And some hardcore punk/crossover thrash like storm troopers of death, cryptic slaughter, toxic holocaust, municipal waste, rytmihäiriö.

@Blake9501 Nice. A friend of mine told me that musicians have an easier time getting into TK and PK.

@Nazir98 If you like Killswitch Engage, You should check out All That Remains, As I lay Dying, and Trivium. They have that metalcore sound like KE.

@N4ra Nice. If your into symphonic metal bands you should definatly check out Xandria, Epica, Lunatica, and Tristania

Thats cool man, I like a lot of the old school stuff like Slayer, Metallica, Venom, Mayhem, Dark Throne, Berzum, Pantera, and Carcass, but I also like a lot of the newer stuff too but only certain kinds. I heard that Judas Priest is gonna release a new album this year.
