Energy cannot be destroyed nor created. It can only be changed and you may say 'manipulated'. There is so much to it. The life force within the universe is still a mystery even to some of us. Some saying they come from the stars and sun(which is a bit logical because it's source energy). But when you think of it it's still hard to explain. I mean where did spirits come from. When there were no beings in the 3rd dimension(physical) there were still higher frequency beings that we don't know about it's origin. It's best to go with what we know for now because one man can never solve the mystery of the universe. Men have not even discovered all that's on Earth. So let's not even mention the universe. But you could find yourself good with some metaphysical studies. Look on about metaphysics. The study of reality and exploring of the matrix.

Alright mate ill look it up because i think making myself understand will also help me advance through telekinesis because your sub-conscious is affected more than thought of its called subliminal messages that are stored in your short term memory and that is the reason why you can heal from a negative thought or incorrect statement and turn that into a correct or posotive statement which can help you say "yes i can move it or do it"
