guys I'm afraid to even sleep in my room. ever since that thing i saw visited me and hurt me things have been a little weird. for instance the past 2 nights I've went to my german shepherd will be asleep, the lights are off and i turn off the tv the only source of light and then as soon as i close my eyes my dog starts growling and then finally barking in the place that thing entered my room. i pray every night for guardians angels maybe he could be seeing those and barking at them.

These kind of beings feed off of the limited knowledge and understanding of people, especially the fear of the unknown, just like people getting scared of the unknown trenches of the wide ocean.

Evil or not, try not to entertain it, what I mean by this is you don't show too much fear because it is like watching someone in youtube getting all surprised and we laugh at their reactions. If you feel vulnerable, believe that you are protected. Put some some rock salt or salt at the corners of your room and keep the positive aura around.

I don't know what you saw but it is more likely a spirit that got attracted to you, when you were practicing pk, when practicing pk we become bright and some spirit mistakes us for the light to the afterlife.
