I used Devin Branden's technique if making a visible psi-ball. Best start with that. And then program the psiball's color to anything you want.

Manipulation of the energy within photons. So basically color manipulation and light.

You mean technically you're becoming one with all energy in all the kinesis. Not controlling matter. But becoming one with universal energy and change YOUR own reality.
