its 2 :30am here now. i just about to sleep, after little chat with Nazir98 I suddenly  felt  like to do psywheel practice without hands, just covered my mouth and starring at the foil paper, (like mark did in his video) its moved (*.*), then i got an idea from my crystal stick(clear quartz, holding each one on both side of my head near ears about the crown chakra or ear chakra position, starring the foil psywheel again. its moved even faster O.O
Im so happy what happened now and want to share this to all my dears. crystals are powerful and lovely omgz. YOU MUST TRY THIS SOMETIMES.

My sweetie plz remind yourself clarity it first before you wear it. get some crystal stones instead of accessories much helpful for inspire you while learning your body and conciouness. if its clear quartz and rose quartz amethyst wear them on ur left hand. wear obsidian on right hand, which is help your body clarity.

Oh, of course! I will clear the bracelet before using it (they told me that the gemstones can be cleaned by letting them bathe in the sun. Or are there other methods?). I want to try the bracelet first because it will be kinda a gift from a nice classmate, but I hope I can get larger crystals in the future as I really need help for kinesis ;^;
Did you also get them in that Amazon store in where they sell them? (Gah, can't remember the title... ;^

there are so many way to clarify your baby crystals, I suggest you use sunshine method only for clear quartz, others use sea salt. some special use candle. u can check the details on the internet. normally i only clean the clear quartz under the sun.
we got some crystals market here. thats why I usually go there to pick by myself. buying crystals online might not be the best way, since every crystal got their individual frequency, you should meet them personally hahahah. you can purchase online, but thats the only way if you don't have stores or market around.

Oh, then I will follow the sun method! I always thought it needed water too, but if it's just the sun, then it's good, I guess =w=
Oh goodness! I am afraid all the markets that could have gemstones have closed or have fled from the city in here ;^; I only have internet now and my bracelet friend... Or even a strange Egyptian store in a local mall that sells perfumes and all those Egyptian relics, but I am not sure if they do sell gemstones or anything that could help. I sometimes think they make their stuff out of phony materials or forgeries... Should ask them, though ;P

You can clear them with water first then put them under the sun.
Jewelry stores are way more expensive there, but its fine. how i wish we have egyptian store here……I WANT Ankh or Ankh symbol neclack. *.* even hardly get it on internet store…..>.<

I would like to see if they sell Ankh symbols in that store too; in fact, now I realize that that store could be an answer for all my doubts...if their material is for real! ;P Do the Ankh necklaces help in the kinesis training or...? ;O

Still investigating . but at least all those ancient symbols got positive energy which could help or inspire me on spiritual learning. I collecting the cross necklace and bracelets too, since they got positive energy too, and the cross also meaning as immortal.
