| Ok guys some people asking me how i do the staffes easly.Actually answer is so easy.Guys i really advice to you learn many things about energie or logic cos if you can give true logic or knowledge to your minds then belive me or not your mind will support you and it will give any energie or field you need suddenly..Any question pls let me know.Peace guys |

| I do lots of logic puzzles. It's very important to keep your mind agile. I think it helps with all kinds of psychic development. |

| Like this:  You need to draw just four lines that intersect all nine dots without taking your pen off the paper. Grab a pen and paper and try it. |

| I use this website occasionally, I try to do it daily but sometimes i'm just too busy with other stuff but it really helped me out so far, been using it for over a few months, it keeps your concentration sharp and your mind working whilst being actually fun to do. http://www.lumosity.com/ |
