hey i'm very interested in TK and telepathy i've been trying to do the psy wheel exercise and i managed to move it a tad bit but without knowing how. i'm also very new to meditation or at least the idea of it. any tips to be better is greatly appreciated

i like to listen to composed music, Viking and Dark preferrably but still it really helps
