Today i moved a small foil psi wheel under a plastic cup. Then i tried it under glass but got no success. Just wanna know whether there is a scene of static electricity under plastic cup?

I only tried under glass bowl and it was worked well. Plastic may give you some electricity (mags) to your hands which help move object. I strongly recommend you use a glass one to practice in order to achieve the best effectiveness <3
