Hey I was wondering if it was possible to lose a psychic ability due to lack of training or something else?

Yes. If you stay a pretty long while without training your chances are very high to forget how it feels like doing telekinesis. Not saying that you always will but, you can. I stayed 3 days without training once and I was doing good. After those 3 days when I started back I couldn't move a thing. But I'm training now whenever I want.

You don't have to physically train every day. If you practice in your mind that is about 70% as effective as physical training. Go over each exercise in detail thoroughly in your mind. Imagine you are actually performing each training exercise, going over each step and how your body feels during each step.

However I must stress that actual training is very important, as is meditation. I use the above mentioned method on top of what I do every day. When you have a free moment you should be thinking about telekinesis or clairvoyance or whichever skill you are trying to develop.

I would say that a weekend off should be okay. You may be a little rusty come Monday, but once its ingrained in your subconscious you won't have to worry so much about 'losing' your abilities.

Thanks to you guys (and Mr. Zenner) I foun that I have talent in clairvoyance (if that really is what it is). FYI I can sense cards faced upside down. I can't sence WHAT it is but I can find similar cards as in suit etc...

And I dont need to meditate nor channel energy nor be relaxed to do this. Lol

Haha thats epic but no, I sense warmth, so I lay out four cards. I feel the first one which is always warm, then I glide my hand above the others and when i feel something warm, I stop and put the first one and that one together.

I might have invented a new test/use of ability?

My guess is that I associated Diamonds with Spades and Cloves with Hearts, because there was a Club and a Heart set down.

hello i am lifesaver , i call myself lifesaver because i a want to help people so they won't go through what i went through human being can be so mean, when it comes to what they can not explain or what is different. all my life i have tried to stop the abiliites that i have , i always want to be normal. i tired to live a negative life as a gangster until mt abilities effect my whole world and turned it upside down. no one wants to help me with the abilities or better said no one wants to accept that they can see through my eyes and hear my thoughts. i don't have control of them that is what makes it worst. i saw mark video and talk to him and expected that he would teach me or help, most of the information that is hear i already knew it and some of the inforamtion is miss leading . when you are born with the abilities you can not return it back. you have to ask your self what do i want to do with them. and can i control, in this world there is right and wrong or better said good and evil. trust me i lived it all my life the negative life but what i want you to think about is would you save your parents , there is going to be a change in the world . i saw the future and everything is happening as i saw it. i welcome you to a better you to help the needed and find the truth. can you ask yourself if psychic is real than why hasn't it been able to tell the truth about religion ect... most people say that god doesn't exist but my abilities show me different why i don't know . i am trying to find out. lets use are abilities to help the human kind even though they are evil but not all. i have had my bad experience with people as i said before they act if i don't exist when i know that i do. i wish could tell you more . but i a, writing a book so that what happen to me will never happen again to no body. come on learn to use the abilities it is fun at times but all hurts to know how people feel about you special when it is a love ones. but do get mad still love them and show that you are better . what is the point to love someone that loves you back but imagition loving a person that hates you . you are different because everybody love who loves them back. but to love someone that is mean and bad to you that is power. don't feel down and out when you can not use the abilities like you want just work harder at it , that is how life is. and we are not loser cause only loser give up/. i am here to help and so are other but you have to look for them. make the creator and peace be with you. the power is your to choose no one can take that way from you

ANYWAYS, there may be some mean people on the planet yes, but I always think these abilities should be used responsibly and for the right reasons more than anything else, and to be honest, I'd be more worried about demons than anything else in the world.

you are right about demons, i was the the future and everything is coming true .it was a vision that i had in 2000 . i never even thought about the only person i tolded at that time was my girl because i saw her married to another man . that was she sorrow oath that she only loved me and there would not be another man in her life , guess what she is married now. but anyway i don't want to talk about that but the things that i saw which one of them was demon. when my abilities came out or better said i was aware of them .i start to study and did a lot of research about my abilities and being look looking for help here in this website and other information . well i know now that demons do exist they have a special name for them in the science world they are energy. but the point is that they do exist and they try to take over you body energy. so you have to be careful and yes also human beings. for there are people who worship satanic or demons. i believe that we have to be careful on using the word human being. i mean what does it mean for real? and why? our true form is energy and that is where we come from. our body and the world around us is made of it . but now which side are you on i believe we should not be in neither side but what is correct and right to do. that is what religion has been trying to tell us since little or better said since it was discovered .we have to be more conscious of what we do and aware of the people around us , but not only that we are destroying the world with pollution of the water, air and who knows what else. we have to check our wisdom and where we get the information . there are million of people that are trying to awaken and be a different from the past. i think that we should help them protect them. but we most do what is right not to choose sides. i know that the world has been every mean to people with abilities that the creator gave us or blessed us with . all we are is people with a better awaking. good or bad. i was in the negative life and now i changed and just so that you can understand how deep i got into it they want to kill me cause i don't want to be with them . i said to myself evil can not have these powers. so here i am trying to help other .so that others can pass the seed. we choose it is up to us to live out the word hero. right is right and wrong is wrong. i want to build a community that will help young psychic find the way so what happen to me will never happen to another person ever again. i will be making a book if you ever want to read it will be call " standing alone". i have done a video on you tube , telepathy. so can see me there also if you wish. the book is not done but if everything goes will it will be there soon. i have hope that i have helped a little to awaking you to the future and the changes that the world is having now as we speak. arise choose one there is a reason why you have the abilities but it is your choose to look for it and act on it. peace

I've been meaning to make an organization to help people harness their abilities, it's still a pipe dream for now but I'm making progress despite my almost month long flu =.=

I'm sorry about that,you can cook chicken broth veggie soup ,garlic, onions,take extra vitamin C to help to heal your flu.

I had a similar question. My aunt said to me when you are young and full of hormones, may be in your teens and early twenty the capacities are more easy to develop and you can feel it more powerful.... boh I do not know but for me seems make sense.. I did close my perception by pray because I was scared.
