I'm having a lot of trouble with push and pull

try to push the object, use the open figures method when you move your hand at the object project your energy at it, remember chi energy is green

The Telekinesis push is far easier for beginners than the pull.

i have a question for mark sorry bro if its in the wrong place but i need your help. i was meditating and i came to a conlusion if tk is mind connection then me imagining a object and feeling it with my mind but not imagining my hand feeling it just my mind. will the object do what i want cuz im connecting my energy with it? i also know emotions have a part in it to but sensations are emotions so am i going in the right direction? Please Help I feel im at a break through point Thanks Brother

well you cant always expect results on the 1st few tries, it takes alittle while to learn to connect your energy with the object but eventually youll learn to do it instantly. i just imagine my energy blowing out my hand

hey bro so u imagine like wind blowing out of your hands or like a staight beam like a laser. when im practicing with my psi wheel under a glass jar i imagine it moving an my energy connecting with it like strings of blue energy. some times when i rub my finger across the side of the jar my wheel will jiggle but not turn. when i rub my finger on the side and it wiggles is that my energy connecting or what is it? im asking because i wanna be 100% sure with out a doubt that its my energy and not something else.

i just see my energy coming out as a beam i guess you could say when i do kinesis, when i heal i see it as a mist
a good trick you could practice is when you go to move it rub your hands together, it helps you feel the energy better

i also have a question for meditation i imagine cups move coins floating teleportation levitation and i try and imagine what it feels like. like i know what a cup and coins feel like so ill try and feel the object with my mind. but not imagine my hand doing it. just as it would with real Tk no hands but i can feel the object  with my mind  if that makes sense. but am i meditating on TK the correct way?

in all technicallity there is no correct way but the way that fits you best

lol yea i just have always had a problem with push and pull but no worries i actually got it after 2 years of trying
