When u mentioned this, and i read the title, two things crossed my mind. The first one was that we could be moving spacedust; the second one was that we are build up from cosmos, if defined as stardust, so moving anything in the universe could be considered cosmokinesis.
The third thing that crossed my mind, after reading and writing, was that this training could be very useful for preventing a massive extinction due to some unexpected cosmological catastrophe, so we shouldn't rule it out because of the "danger" of doing it. Actually wouldn't it be cool if we could move the sun so that it carries all us across the galaxy?
