The teacher in the video using Wingchun, and the video look pretty FAKE! The real Qigong in this video is combine wingchun and taichi together(my kungfu style) I learned both of them pretty well, so I know that this video is fake.

I saw a similar video like that about 1 year ago, a chinese woman done that pretty well as the lama DD. not sure if its as powerful as it seems. most of friends think that fake video. but I'm not sure since i never see that kind of thing in person. I believe chi got strong power.

Well chi and fajin is actually kinda different. You use chi to condense it and shoot or shock it in to your opponent. The thing you have to really keep in mind is that is if you are relaxed the fajin energy wont really effect you. if your stiff or if you have energy blocks then it blows thows up. Thats why you put them in a crappy position and then blast them away! 50% what you do and 50% of what the opponent is doing.
