Qigong still involves spirituality mate . I haven't learned much new thing. So far just SOME new math theories but most of this year I was just really spiritually active.

I've learned so much on spiritual part, baking cakes and cookies, writing songs , French (still learning),being independent , seeing knowing things by heart. the most wonderful thing I have learned is be the loved one by myself. I got a ukulele but I just know how to play( Susanna ) lol, I'd rather play piano it's more easier for my hands.

Damn. My hands are already used to the piano but the ukulele is still way more easier as well for the guitar. The ukulele becomes really easy after practice because it's all about feeling it. Feeling that warm, fun rhythm.

Yes. When you're getting tired you started taking very serious fast breaths. And of course breathing is the way yo control your heartbeat since those 2 have very close connection. I try every time I'm sporting to remain in my slow standart breathing. It really helps. I'm assuming that's what he meant as well. It can also help for anger managements.

Yes but wouldnt it be worse if you gave less oxygen to muscles in sports? That would be what would happen DURING sports. Maybe you mean a little after or in a little break between but i still doubt it. And yes, this is helpful for anger management.

Yes it is. And if you keep breathing you will remain calm thus you don't need m.uch oxygen cause you'll stay in that state. My theory. But you don't have to follow it

Leanred to feel the fundamental reality/energy on my hands for telekinesis. Learned to feel the fundamental reality/invisible energy/different 3D worlds (what many confusedly call dimensions) with my whole body, especially during meditation. Apparently important for space bending.

Is it contact juggling you know how to do Mark? That's the one I am learning since yestersay but I am already enjoying it. But any kind of juggling looks fun.
