Hello guys. I am new to this forum and wanted all the help and tips I could get so I can finally learn moving light objects first. I have been practising TK on an aluminium foil and I can't seem to move it.   I have been practising for 2 hours everyday.

What should I do? Have I been doing something wrong?    Because what I am doing is just stare at the object and imagining it to move in my mind.   Is that correct or wrong? What should I really do? I am so desperate. I need all the help I can get from you guys who already ahead of me.

Hello and welcome my friend ! Do you rush your TK? It's better to let it go a bit more natural and soft without to much strain to the mind. Also you visualize only right? Well if you've ever had experience with a psi-ball, there's a better way . Combine visualization with the sensation you get when feeling energy. Combine your technique of visualization with the feeling of chi(a magnetic force).

Hi and thank you for your response. Well, I guess I am a bit rushing it. Yeah only visualizing. But another problem is I also don't have any experience with a psi ball. I am a complete newbie so I don't know how to feel a chi. Whenever I place my hand near the foil I feel something warm/cold. Am I feeling the object's energy correctly?

Yes, it's aura. There are many sources in the Psychokinesis and Telekinesis room you could scroll into . You'll hopefully find all of your answers!

Thank you Nazir   I'm gonna try everything I find useful.. By the way what's the heaviest object you can move?

I would say a soda can. Yes, it sounds crazy right? I guess I should make one telekinesis on can video again. Even though I'm not in to telekinetic videos but just to show you guys how far I am .

Oh I saw that video months ago!   You placed the soda can on top of a laptop and you TK pulled it towards your hand. That was really impressive

plenty of different tech's for you to learn try connecting with the object by visualizing tiny little strings attaching to the object form your fingers and moving it that way
