I sat practicing with the psi-wheel and suddenly i saw a tiny light ball come out from my palm and striked the psi wheel and the wheel started wobbeling   
I just wanted to share i with you it was a fun experience and exiting, i think it was a enegry orb??

how tiny is tiny? ive never seen energy orb before, but I think I can see sort of mirage(not sure if that is the right word) between objects, my hands and every where else. and its thicker when doing TK, and its whitish in colour and the spaces between my hand and object feels really heavy

but it might just be my visualisation, honestly im really bad at visualising. I can feel very well

That's interesting that you saw a manifestation of your energy. Are you a predominantly visual thinker?

I've seen something like that. A tiny tiny flash of a white dot. I think the dots I see are just illusions though.

No they are not illusions. I see them too. When you meditate or concentrate on your third eye, it becomes possible to see and feel energy . And yes, if you are a visual thinker it gets even easier.

Awesome that you could post that mate ! I see that mostly when I'm healing. I don't always use green energy for PK(but it's fine). I mostly use orange energy. It represents this fire figure for me and is the most useful one for TK for me. But basically, chi energy is green. You just experiment with it and change the color depending on what situation you are.

When I'm really focused and tuned in I can see white energy around the psi wheel and sometimes what looks like small white lightning strike around it but it hasn't seemed to affect the psi wheel so far. I'm not sure if it's part of the magnetic field or what but very interesting.

Also I actually caught some energy on camera coming out of my hand in one of my videos. Try taping it  next time.

Plz reply to this post...ive started seeing fumes(like smoke) coming out of my palms or my arms everytime i practice tk( push and pull)...is it something to worry about???...oris it just my energy?...

It also happens to me, that fumes thing. I think it is just our energy. I saw them a lot yesterday. Today mi psi-wheel "sparkled" energy some times. Like litlle tini white dots comin out of it.
