Can't open my third eye. Can't release energy. Can't generate energy. Can't do anything psychic.

A tip tor you, since you've been struggling for a while now with opening your third eye: You won't see or feel anything PHYSICALLY. I know most people are expecting physical changes in their sight but it doesn't work like that. It's spiritual and psychological. Your ways of thinking will change, your perception of the world will change and you'll be abnormally intuitive. Right in many occasions. So if this sounds like you then stop doubting if it's open or not. It's open when you know and feel that it's open. What do you feel? That is for every individual different and for themselves to describe.

Just know that you can do it and you will be able to do it.

I think my third eye might already be open. I think it opened after I tried to AP for the first time, or so, because after that I could feel the strange "tingles" everywhere for a few days. Oh yeah, and I did get headaches, but actually I strongly suggest that I may have been sick. I'm pretty intuitive actually. Perception. I have no idea if that changed...

Well... now that I think about it I think my third eye is open.
My energy just isn't boosted though.
Maybe I just have to train my third eye by meditating more.

as u said u can see aura then ur 3rd eye must be opened maybe just not fully opened. and all we have to practice is boost up the energy to 3rd eye then direct to the object which we want to move. it request a calm and relax , concentrated consciousness. thats How I feel and think, I'm also still try to make myself in a stable statement. meditation is the key to fully open our chakras i assumed

Do some qigong or energy exeercises and you will feel alot better

Try to connect with an energy source (air, sun, ground etc...) and source energy from there to third eye and then from your third eye to your arms and hands.

There is some methos: don't try to open your third eye, that only make headache worst...
Do some energy loop and store them in your third eye, it will automatic work again!
