Hi everyone my names Emilio im 17 years old and would love to form freindships with fellow psions or energy masters(learners), i love to see websites like this although this is the only one of 2. Anyways ive been doing chakra breathing, and basicly the same energy build up technique that mark mauvais teaches, like combing the chakras and feeling your own magnetic field, with these basics its like my intuition is forming and im learning from my self. I find it hard to preform telekinesis because of wanting the result and the control instead of learning. I find when i try to focus or control my energy with force rather than patience and love or somthing, my eyelids start twichting uncontrollably for days on, it worried me at first, i thought i was gonna have an brain aneurysm. so i decided to relax and take a little vacation to let loose and after a while it went away. Before I posted this i read some other new peoples posts and read the one about the guy whose third eye area was in pain. anyways glad to be among good people, peace & love
