I'm on my laptop in my room and I'm suddenly hearing these damn ringings in my ears again...

does it goes really loud Nazir? I somehow able to control the volumes down. Its really bad during fasting months. Somehow whenever I hear this ringing just before sleep I will hear voices just before I fell asleep. Maybe the state between sleeping and being conscious? I dont know, sometimes the voice is so clear it comes with an image. 
Try sleeping  I just need to confirm this

Know that there's also schizophrenia. But I'm really sure that what we're experiencing is clairaudience. We have the same common experience. IT was midnight when I heard the ringings. Yes they were loud. I am able to control it at times but sometimes it just comes to me. Like last night, out of sudden I started to hear ringings in my ear and the house was completely quiet. I wouldn't say it was music or anything because I don't listen to loud music nor did I use my earpieces yesterday.

ok eversince we have discussed this thread Im becoming aware of its existence. Last night I had this high pitch sounds also on my left ears (usually on right side) and it has different frequency, I can hear 3 distinct frequencies. As usual, just before sleeping, I hear voices, its familiar voices, my wife (she was doing her work at that time), my brother and my mom (we stay in the same house), these voices were internal, but unlike normal hearing sense, its more like when using a headphone. This happens for roughly 30sec before I fall asleep. 
Since the voices were familiar, I dont think its a spirit voice, but what I can conclude is, it might be dreams but I was sure I was still conscious, or its their thought. I dont know..

Same phenomena with me . And especially on my right ear!

another finding before my sleep, remember i said i had various frequencies all at once, yesterday i notice before the voice become audible, the frequencies somehow "tune" themselves into this one frequencies before the voice can be heard. whats funny is i can ask questions and it answers O.O id like to think its my subconscious or maybe the spirit guide?

I hear a lot of ringing...sometimes quite high pitched like everything else goes silent except for the ringing( in my leftear). I even got it checked once but all was normel. A few days back i could hear someone talking over the phone...i looked everywhere no one was talking in my house...dont know what that means

Mostly, yes.

I can also do that, in class on Thursday of last week I asked if one of my classmates could hear the noise coming from the rectangular lights they said no i've always thought that maybe I could hear infrasound, sounds higher than can be heard by normal human ears.

Okay, so I was just on the computer. I was rather excited and happy, so my emotions may have been flaring I guess, and while I look at the monitor I start to hear a rather loud high, but not too high, pitch sound. It gets louder and it comes in waves. Exactly how waves on a beach would work. And it lasts for quite a few seconds maybe 20/25. I still cannot figure out where it was coming from. It could have been coming from my computer's speaker, or it could have just been my "ear" or wherever I hear strange sounds from. It also could have come from the outside, but I don't know why it would come from outside. This was different than my usual waves of sound. The usual ones have a much lower pitch than this one. The usual ones sound like a vibrating thing.

hearing ambulance ? is it a warning or what? when with some people.. after some time I hear ambulance. and feel lower back pain,.. what does it mean? I usually panic and split because I inteprate it like a warning

You could just be hearing an actual ambulance.
