so we have all heard of Pyrokinesis right? well im going to introduce you to Cryokinesis it is the Exact opposite of pyro you learn to manipulate Cold weather Ice and what ever follows you can start by holding an ice cube in your hand for 1 minuete for 5 mins a day for 2 months and then 2 min and 3 ect until eventually the ice melts ( must do it no matter how bad it burns) then you can start taking cold showers to further build up your ice immunity but before all that you have to be good in hydrokinesis as ice is just frozen water and i would assume atmokinesis to if you want it to snow alot XD learn to be one with the cold meditate and visualize the ice and cold energy being absorbed into your body making it ice cold so cold you cant feel anymore and feel that energy moving all over your body and eventually to your arms where you make a frozen chi ball ( a chi ball reprogrammed with cold energy) NF out

Indeed, well said . Pyrokinesis is to make the energy molecules move faster and faster while cyrokinesis is to slow them more and more.
