How do you make one?Do you direct chi/psi to your palm chakra and release it? Well I tried... Any suggestions?

Very easy, you must first be good at force push (lesson2 of mark's video) just do a gun with your hand and when you feel the energy between you and the object just shoot 'the bulet' and visualise the object falling... Good luck! Smile
