When I first started meditating, I felt pressure in my forehead and also circulating energy in my stomach area. Now a week later, I feel the same sort of energy in my head, covering the pineal gland area and forehead. Pressure activates on those spots especially when I'm performing telekinesis or simply focusing on them.
As I understood in a scientific documentary about the human brain, thinking too much outside the box made my neurons engage a metamorphosis and make whole new connections based on my whole new conception and understanding of reality. It must be that and or a spiritual/psychic phenomena. I hope some of you will make things clear for me regarding that matter.

Back on my story: so yesterday during morning meditation, the pressure on my forehead and backhead reached a climax. It was so intense that I felt like it was gonna detonate. But I immediately stopped meditating, felt like I wasn't ready for fate.

At the very moment I'm writing this, I'm feeling the same energy, some cerebrospinal fluid or other deep spiritual shiz flowing in my head I believe. I'm not a brain nor psychic expert so I may have it all wrong, hence my questions now are should I ignore those energies and let them fade away? Is focusing on them harmful in any way?

Other than stopping, focus on other chakras. You should never focus on one chakra too much, especially the upper chakras. First, you should develop a strong foundation, so pay attention to the root, navel, and sacral chakra. I think I have experienced something similar to you. When I meditate deeply, I suddenly feel this intense pressure inside my head pushing downwards. It's not painful at all, but it is rather...pleasant?

A little warning though:Don't send too much energy to your root chakra unless you're ready. I once sent a lot of energy to my root chakra during a chakra activation. I did do it, but I ended up raising kundalini. Luckily, it was very gentle. If you're wondering how it felt, I felt at such great peace and bliss while feeling the sensation of a snake slithering up my spine. It literally felt like a snake.

I do not experience any headaches/side effects at any time... I once practiced TK for 8 straight hours (was a bit overdetermined lol) and didn't feel any sort of pain in my head at the end. It's rather a bit difficult for me to find some sleep when night comes.
However now I'll definitely spend less time practicing, if psychic activities consume life energy.

Exactly. It's like the energy is fapping/stimulating my brain. Sorry if what I said was nasty, was the best way for me to describe the feeling x).
Since TK is highly linked to the third eye, perhaps the energy in my head is just trying to open it or maybe it is already open and I'm just developping TK (I experienced pretty insane stuff the ending of last year and beginning of this year, I'll tell the story later).
Anyway I'll make sure to focus more often on the other chakras.

U don't need to fear exhaustion of energy... rather exhaustion is an inconvenient state for sensitizing yourself.
Whenever you feel extreme pressure you need to move the energy from the spot. Your energy can get stuck, like in traffic, if you are directing it constantly to gather in certain areas, and this excessive accumulation of flow can act like a blockage (like cholesterol). Whenever you meditate you should focus on the flow of the energy so that you don't feel like you will explode.
