I never thought of this until recently, but as the title says, no one else in my family is psychic. It's probably because I chose to develop them, but ever since I was young, I was surely different. I always sense something watching me, animals are drawn towards me which is nice except for insects. I am literally a bug magnet. My mom might be the cause as my older sister might have been a little time of training for her intuition. Her intuition is crazy good now, but I guess she doesn't realize what it really is and doesn't think about it. I don't know if any of my ancestors or great great.....grandparents were. They are on the other side of Earth, so I will never know much about them.

Anyway, I'm the most powerful psychic in my family. My dreams predict the future every now and then, I hear things that others can't hear, I can see the first layer of the aura effortlessly, electronics don't work well for me, I have premonitions, I know what people are thinking, and I could pretty much go on. This is what three and a half years of development has done with the help of others and crystals(Love them!), especially moldavite. I have more questions than answers about many of my experiences as many of them were something I have never experienced.

As am I, though in this case my ancestors from my father's side have a strong psychic inclination, though most of them use latin incantations more often than not, never tried latin words myself but I hear they're pretty effective if used correctly, don't know how true this method works though *shrugs*

I never tried crystals myself, gotta pick up a book one of these days lol, and don't worry, the psychic field is uncharted territory as far as we humans and psychics are concerned.

The rest of my family are nonbelievers about any psychic things. It's very ironic for my mother as she does a small amount of palmistry. I have wondered about speaking in latin as well. The words in general seem to have this positive effects on me. I like to say the cloud types such as cumulonibus, and I feel....calm?

About crystals, be careful about some. Some crystals have extremely potent energy. Moldavite is one them, as is phenacite/phenakite. These will change your life as well. I recommend having clear quartz, amethyst, smokey quartz, and citrine. These are a must have as a beginner. When choosing a crystal, pay attention to how you feel so you can choose the one that is perfect for you, but it wouldn't hurt to get any crystal. I made a mistake before about jade. In the Chinese culture, jade is the stone of luck and prosperity. So my mom got me a bangle aka my first jade. I cleansed it, and yet, I still felt a negative feeling. Brushing it off, I wore the bangle to please my mom. This stone of luck was very unlucky to me. After taking it off, I was suddenly not "clumsily" hurting myself. But eventually, I needed luck and... it came once I wore it again.

Hahaha... I'm so obsessed about crystals.

I feel ya on the nonbelievers part, my mom and dad moreso, but whenever something strange happens, dad's the first one to take the credit, I mean, whut? I don't even....>8V .................ah well *shrugs the less than savory memories*
...............Hmmm, as for latin words, my relatives mentioned that the ones usually used for healing and such are usually available in cults, ONLY because it's supposed to be a secret and all =~=, but even I wouldn't go far to enter one just so I can increase my skills, wish I can give some genuine latin phrases used in the psychic arts to you, but my rehabilitated uncle can't seem to remember any of them at this point for some reason T~T

Thanks I'll remember that , though to be honest, I'm a jade guy myself, had them all the time when I was a kid, it made me feel all kinds of pleasant, guess it all depends on the person I suppose
