how do the kinesis afect you? i mean socialy and fisicaly. i ask about the fisical part because i once read an article in which it mentioned that nina kulagina lost some weight after doing some telekinesis.  i ask socialy because i am not a very social person so.... well i would really apreciate to know how it may have helped you.

She over-used her energy that's why. When you do a hard work, or done doing a sport or finished school you feel tired and sometimes even go straight to bed. Because your both physical and mentally tired. When doing telekinesis of course you're draining some energy. And in all the psychic abilities psychokinesis takes the most energy of them all. So even when being calm while doing telekinesis you will feel at least a LITTLE BIT drained(advanced psions feel a little but beginners can get drained fast) after moving the object. And she moved tons of heavy object and I think she was pushing it sometimes. I saw it at the expresions of her face. I think Mark gets drained out too sometimes.

I have been known to suffer horrific nose bleeds on some occasions. That's why I always tell people your brain knows when to stop, it will tell you: by hurting.

Today I tried some clairvoyance practices with cards, and got a headache. It worsened as I kept practicing. After I was done practicing it kept worsening. I felt like fainting. I think I might be sick. Anyway I'm eating now and I feel better. "Food solves all problems" said the obese woman.

It's true, to an extent, most of the time when you feel sick or weak its actually hunger causing those feelings.

I know when you spin chakras they give off energy but if you spin to fast you will be out of energy fast from running from 1 door to 3 doors down

When I push myself to hard I mostly feel headaches. But your experience is like Chronicle in real life lol

Speaking of headaches...I have one lol. It's on the left side of my skull, in the front, on the hair line. Expectantly, It hurts when I try to engage in psychic activities. It then keeps hurting afterwards... Actually I've had headaches for the past few weeks, it's all of this psychic stuff.

Maybe you need to take a break. You may forget somethings or you can stay good at your abilities(mostly you get weak at your abilities after some breaks). But it's worth it to take a rest sometime.

Yeah, I was doing good at clairvoyance today (my good is probably different from your good, because your most likely better at clairvoyance than me) and i took a really short break, when I came back I very badly failed at my practices. It felt good to take a break, after I failed I decided to end for the day. I don't know if I need breaks yet, because I'm not doing things that require too much energy. Possibly, though for my low level of psychic ability that used up a lot of energy. Anyway, I might take a day-long break tomorrow depending on how i feel.

I have realized that eating food cures my headaches for a while. Is this because i'm somehow draining my energy and getting headaches as a result? Also if I stop thinking to myself they go away, so if i'm thinking of a game and how to do it, and a lot of stuff about it my headache goes away. However, if I think to myself and speak to myself inside my mind I get the headache. Another unfortunate thing is that I haven't been eating too much lately, because I haven't been hungry or wanted to eat. Come to think of it, that may be the cause... Another unfortunate possibility is that something is sucking up my energy. I don't have the knowledge to conclude what it is, so some help would be nice!
