Ever since I started doing cosmokinesis,I have noticed I can't eat as much rich food as I could in the past as a non psion so I believe cosmic energy is stronger than other types of energy.I conclude cosmokinesis is a valid kinesis from my experience.

Yes. I started eating more vegetarian foods and low fats(fat is not what makes people gain weight. It's actually carbs and chemical sugar) such as instead of bread with cheese, brown bread with peanut butter. What decreased the most for me though is the wanting to learn psionic abilities. I realized that there is a much bigger picture behind it all.
