Lately i'v been really interested in chi energy, healing, and stuff like that. Stumbled up on marks telekinesis videos
Pretty much started training today, been trying to activate my 3:d eye, feel all dizzy and weird in my head right now, hopping that's normal

I dont know how, but i think i have an ability to magnetize metal on my skin, because i tried to magnetize some aluminum foil on my hand, and i pretty much was able to have my hand upside down with it sticking to it, sometimes it falls of instantly and sometimes it just sticks there, but i can really feel when it's about to fall of and when it's about to stick there

But i have no ability at all to be able to move or pull objects, but i guess it will come sooner or later!

Yep, that's normal. I also had that dizzy feeling

Now about your magnetic ability. I have no knowlage about that, but I'm sure Mark can help you out. And yes, telekenisis is tough. I've been practicing for a few months now and am starting to see some movement. It takes time, so please be patient

I actually think i managed to get a straw to move a tiny tiny bit, think i made it shake a few times!

Anyway, i do have a question. Does it matter how far/close you have your hands to the things you want to move, and if not; is it really necessary to use the hands at all?

Yes it does matter. If your hands are too close it can be heat from your hands that makes the object move. Otherwise... no. You dont need your hands, they're just there so you can imagine pushing and pulling the object easier.

Yes. It does matter. And it's easier to do telekinesis with hands to. Without hands, it's harder. Or if you want to do it with hands but want to be REALLY sure. But something around the object. I don't worry though, I think it's the same.
