Hey just registered here and maybe Mark remembers me. Lately i've improved on tk and other types of kinesis but my body has also opened up to where i'm sensing a lot of energy from everything especially since being able to connect directly with other objects to the point where it makes my physical body uncomfortable during daily tasks.

For others who have experienced during their growth, do you have any advice on how to normalize this process or make things more comfortable? Thanks and here is also my kinesis study channel
