Ive been doing metiation for over 2 months now for like 10 to 15 minuts. But some times I get a itch and then scratch it or some times I get crampy and have to move. So im saying do I have to start over and over when I do these things.

Not really. If you wish to do so you can. But if you're already a little good at it you can just close your eyes and quickly get back into your state. After time you can even create a shortcut to enter meditative states for psychic abilities. Most people call it your anchor. I use it every now and then but some people constantly uses it.
