So would doing the 3rd eye meditation before bed affect its impact or something? I don't have time in the morning to do it anymore but I'm getting better results with my psi wheel so I wont stop. Says I should do it in the morning so I was just wondering.

it won't affect its impact in a negative way and sometimes it will help you experience lucid dreams.
