| i can do the psi-wheel with paper and foil. and i can move a straw sometimes and i can do the paper push and pull. Any more i can try out? Because i don't even know what other i can try, my telekinesis isn't that strong yet, and i want to do something else, i haven't get my third eye open, but its opening because i get the color purple. And i still do meditations, and waits to get it open.  Know it needs more training to open it. |

| You should conenctrate at the paper and channel ur energy through the arm and release it on it. |

Know it needs more training to open it. One thing you can try is getting a light ball like a ping pong ball, spin it on a flat surface and try making the ball go in the direction that you want. If you get really good at this you can set up obstacles and try to direct the ball around the obstacles. |
