if your looking for a way to charge your energy try moving your hands around each other like ur rolling a ball in ur hands but not letting them touch. also get plenty of sun light. theres other ways but what ever best works for you

hello, I would suggest looking at your diet... maybe juicing would be better for you. wheatgrass is good, you can get powered stuff in your health food shop. also what mediations are you doing? you should connect yourself above and below to get energy from the universal matrix. and what exactly? and how often? sounds like you are tearing the place up. maybe take a few days off every now and again to let yourself restore.
