I have no idea, when i try to do telekinesis on a straw and when i stare on it and do something with my finger it takes a little time suddenly see it moving a little, but i just think it has something to do with the stare, and if i stare a little on it about 1-2 i can see a small energy around it. but when i see it move and i look at it, it doesn't seem that it has moved.
I have no idea if it it has something to do with telekinesis

I get confused w/ that, too. Maybe it'z the stare, or that the energy from your finger approached. It can be a mystery.

Like i get it to move a little but im not strong enough yet to move it more, but im sure that i moved it. It takes time before it moves sometimes a little.
