| Hi everyone,
DO you experience the exhaustion after practice?
Even if you cant move a single foil without moving your hands?
I always have headaches and have to take a short nap after it.

| Hmm...the more I practise, the more I have doubts in my head.
I think that three months is enough to see the first results and I cant Even make the foil move. It just takes away my energy to exhaustion and for nothing.
I feel really upset for that...especially when I see the other People with success...Or just their claims about success. |

| Exhaustion happens....but keep practicing. Cut down on the number of hours you put in. If you will exhaust yourself each time...u wont be able to do it. |

The second reason Why I feel so much exhausted is Maybe because I am very allergic to the pollen and durring this season, there are too much pollens around |

| Can you move psi wheel without hands? I've been practicing psi wheel without hands for a while now and it really helped me when practicing lesson two. Not yet 100% success but I can feel it's very close now. |

| I skipped psi wheel...I dont like it.
