Can you get in people dreams when astral projecting? Or that is only a part of telepathy?

I've never successfully entered somebody else's dream. Although I have had dream that I wasn't even in!

How do you guys distinguish what you imagine fro the astral reality? I read that you need tobe really well trained to do so.

Hey. Can you make life beings? Lets say there is a person who wants to make some digimons, hipothethicly speaking, will he be able to make them?

well its really distinct the astral looks completly different from anything you could see or imagine
as for bringing beings to life i guess if i materilaized that penny i would assume with practice and lots of will power i or anyone else could bring a being to life from the astral

I was flying in circles in the cosmos waiting for you guys! Well that's before 5PM, I had guitar lesson today at 6. Anyways, the only thing I came across are some weird looking red entities and a library(probably the Akashic Records).

Having problems with Astral Projection? No worries.

This will really do the trick! I'm serious. When I came back to my body my right leg wasn't still in my physical body and I walked horrible to go get some water on just my left leg. And it's midnight so it was weird. But than I remember that this is exactly what I needed to overcome. My fear. And put more confidence. I can now move my right leg at last.
So just so you know it's a fun and helpful experience. Especially for Gustavo. So try it out man!

I tried your meditation Naz! It was absolutely good, i couldnt finish it though. Bu after the moment in which she counts i felt pressure in my solar plexus, i actually felt like a sphere of pressure. I am absolutely sure it was my solar plexus ( at first i thought it might be a fart,lol) any idea why i felt this?

The energy building up in your body is really tense during preparation for AP. I love it when she's down to nothing and you're in that complete paralyzed state floating above your head. That feels wonderful, especially with these guided videos!

I will begin astral projecting soon, I will first have to get over a few blocks though.

It is... 02:46:08 AM and I haven't slept yet so I am pretty tired which means AP will be easier than it would be. I will attempt it yet again on this fine witching hour. It will probably be past the witching hour once I attempt it. Wait, is the witching hour at 3 AM until dawn or just 3 AM?

We could turn this witching hour topic into a thread if anyone cares for it, I do not know enough about it to make a thread.

Don't try it by those hours. You'll most likely fall asleep. The best time to try it is when you just woke up.
