| Scientists have develoed the technique to erase memorues out of the human brain. But it is expensive and I dont know wether it is accurate enough. Is there any paranormal method to erase painful memories? |

| you can always take a drill to your head..... a labotomy erases a lot.
failing that... Sufism teaches sitting with uncomfortable or unpleasant feelings and not to resist them. try and be a 3rd person on your own reaction/emotion and see it as whole.
you can also use regression therapy to help you release the ties/emotional bond that have you locked into this memory.

| the drill was a joke... really its not something I would advise. it is painful andmostly likely deadly.
I am sure there are good regression therapists/hypnotists in you area

| One of my friend got hypnotized when he was little. He told me that it really helped. I wish I'm gonna get chance for this. |

You don't want to forget your bad memories because they are part of who you are, you have learnt lessons from them. This is great advice from Dreamweaver.
