Most of us heard of this unfamous ritualistic mirror gazing. It goes that one have to go into the bathroom at night with their room/house darkened and they have to go with a candle in front of the mirror and mention you know who's name 3x in the mirror. Legend and people who witnessed it reported to see someone(something) appear when they are mirror gazing. Teens today mostly experience this and may result to get them crazy for quite a while.
In previous days, women used this ritual to gaze into the mirror and ask her questions about their future. Mostly they would see the face of their future wife. But other times, they may see the face of a skull. Which indicates that they are destined to die before they get married.
Where it came from is from the queen of England Mary the 1st. She tortured many which lead to death. Which is why people used to call her Bloody Mary.
A story of someone who reported to experience this entity:
"I was only seven at the time, a few friends and I went to a bowling ally. Now our parents belonged to a bowling groups so we just chilled at the arcade part. One of the other kids told us a story about Bloody Mary. My friends and I didn't believe them.

So me and two of my friends went to the mens restroom. All we had was a flashlight. We turned off all the lights and chanted 'Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Boody Mary'. My one friend then flashed the flashlight on and quickly off. I looked at the mirror and there was a girl. She looked like she was in her early twenties. She was looking the other way, yet started to turn towards us. My friends and I bolted out of there before she attacked us like the legend says. After this experience, I feel like someones always watching me. I haven't tried contacting any other spirts after this.

A few months after my friends did this, my dad died. Could she have driven him crazy enough to kill himself? Could this spirit be so full of rage it drives people to shoot themselves?

Now, ever since this happened my moods are diffrent. I'm 15 and some days I'll just suddenly go into depression. Some days I just want to curl up and die. Could this be revenge for summoning her all those years ago?

My friends who did this with me all stopped talking to me. I met one recently and she seems ok. Could I have been the only one who seen Bloody Mary? Could she only be after me? If she is, then why? This may have happened seven or eight years ago, but I still feel the effects."

Have you ever tried summoning this spirit? If so did you noticed anything weird after? If not, that's fine too. But please don't judge others if they experienced anything similar.

Also I heard that if you taunt her about her baby while doing the ritual she will attack you. I haven't heard many cases of entities attacking people but I would not underestimate certain legends.

That's a freaky story, I don't know how authentic it is, but it's enough to stop me from doing it.   If Bloody Mary even is real I'm sure I could deal with her, or she wouldn't even come to me because the spirits hate me.

This reminds me of blue baby ritual. A little bit same.

Baby Blue was a baby, his mother (who was psychotic) murdered him. She shattered a mirror and stabbed him with one of the shards of glass. No one know what his real name was. The legend of Blue baby blue is a lot like Bloody Mary, it takes place in a bathroom and for the 'ritual' you need a mirror.
You enter the bathroom (as with Bloody Mary, go with a friend as to not freak yourself out) and fog up the mirror. Do this however you like, turning on hot water is quite effective! When the mirror is successfully fogged, you should write "Baby Blue" in the 'fog'.
Then you should turn off the light and wait for a few moments. After a minute or two you should hold out your arms as if you were carrying a baby. You or your friend will feel like a baby has been placed in your arms. You should hold the 'baby' for a while and then pass him to the next person. WATCH OUT though, if you drop him you will receive a scratch n your arm. Drop him again and you'll get another scratch. Feeling clumsy? Drop him a third time and he'll shatter the mirror and stab you to death.
There is also another version of the story. In this version, you enter the bathroom with the lights off. You should say the phrase "Blue Baby" over and over for thirteen goes whilst pretending to rock a baby. After you finish chanting, a baby will appear and scratch you. You should drop it and run out of the bathroom as quick as you can otherwise a woman will appear and scream "GIVE ME BACK MY BABY". If you are still holding her baby then she will kill you.

Sounds like a copy version of Bloody Mary but still interesting. I love to investigate these urban legends and myths since some of them do lead to awkward cases in real life.
