Go to a wall... Somewhere private... Close the door... Smash the wall or pillow as much as you like. Personal advice bro lol . Truly. The worst thing to do is hide it and pretend it's not there because it's going to build up and get worse. Or if you want find some guided meditations on stress relief . The hitting one really goes good for me though and I do meditation afterwards.

I can imagine it. And also how relaxing it may have been looking at the stars. I'm begging to get at you guys' age already. When I'm 18 I assume I can do almost everything I want with more freedom. Even though when living on your own can be though(when you move out) but you will get use to it.

Its really stressfull bc my step mom is a junkie and cant function without pills and pretty much stays a mindless zombie always complaining of stuff that "hurts" say you have scoliosis and your back hurts periodically she would say hers is worse and hurts all the time
My dad used to stand against people that used pills like that idk what happened
He got put in the hospital for an inner ear infection and all the time we drove him up there ( 45 min) the 5 hours we stayed then went home (Left him there)
She complained of what she was worried about and how SHE hurt i know hate is a really strong word but i hate hate hate her, before her me and dad always hung out and then she comes along and i barley get any time bc she demands time But crows in groups are called murders and 1 crow sorrow

Same as I can say since that my great grandmother passed I away my grandmother is even more strict and I don't know what the hell happend. But I know that I have an online family which is you guys. Who are even more understandable then some of my own real family. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes to say this.

Whenever I feel a negative emotion I use a technique I call "The zip" where I imagine a large zip running from the crown chakra right down to my root chakra. Then I unzip it while exhaling loudly. This always makes me feel better.

i have a tech where i sit and imagine a black hole forming and all my negative thoughts forming into a ball and getting sucked into the black hole and then the hole explodes and my negative feeling is gone

I feel weird saying this although it's kind of a personal problem of mine. When I am really stressed out I do stupid things. Such as making wrong decisions, being less kind hearted, angry more often, finding it hard to take advices(although I try), worst of all letting my emotions take control of my body. I find Mark's technique really useful though. As well for the 'sht meditation' someone posted. I take a hard laugh to mention it to you guys but it works really good.   I do need a moment to laugh off now
